The legal team currently consist of 15+ professionals and support the global business and with presence on four continents.

Main purpose of position

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel/Legal Counsel in Oslo, Norway, who will be providing legal support on all construction activities of the group.

Main responsibilities

Support the legal team and organisation with construction and supply contracts , in particular;

• Drafting, reviewing and participating in negotiations of contracts
• Follow-up and advice in relation to contract management, i.e. on variation orders, claims and disputes
• Identifying and recommending measures to deal with legal risks for the construction projects
• Manage relationships with external legal counsels

The position will report to Senior Vice President Legal – Solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Law
• 2 to 5 years’ experience as associate/senior associate at top tier law firm.
