Role according to targets and responsibilities as described in the Performance Management System.
Responsible for providing legal advice to all parts of the Wintershall Dea organization.
Provide legal advice related to the Norwegian regulatory system.
Provide legal advice related to all aspects of petroleum law and contract law.
Review applications, licenses and other joint venture agreements.
Ensure compliance throughout the organization/contribute to the compliance program.
Cooperation and liaising with external lawyers and with the legal department of Wintershall Dea.

What we expect

Education: Master’s degree in Norwegian Law

Experience: Preferably 10 years of professional experience as a lawyer/legal counsel
Experience within the oil & gas business required
Good understanding of petroleum and contract law required

Language: Fluent in Norwegian and English
